good places for haul out and storage on detroit river?

just wondering if anybody has any recommendations on places on the Detroit river for haul outs and winter storage?

Just keans but gregory has a good reputation.I used to live downriver,if you go to wyandotte there are a few places otherwise gibraltar boat yard is good and also humbug .I just thought some how you were north end.

im in Wyandotte but I usually trailer but I need to have it repaired and don't have time so ive never had to do the haul out and storage. was hoping to see if anyone knew some of the rates. but I do know keans is great but I imagine they are expensive as I would think Gregory would be as well

There is midway in wyandotte not sure about inside though,and one other i cannot think of the name it is across the street from the yacht club,also the big one next to the public launch .Humbug and Gibraltar boat yard both have mechanics and were probably the best pricewise.Can you fit it in a storage unit?That may be your cheapest bet if you can find one.If you dont mind trailering it a ways monroe has some facilities and exit 11 has minimal inside at trouts but access would be limited there.There is also a few more on the north end near keans but i cant recall the names.I suggest you pull them up on your chartplotter to see if i missed any.

Humbug is terrible.

They actually blamed me for the fact that they never winterized my boat a couple years back. They denied I ever requested it along with the storage. I showed them my copy of the work order and they still wouldn't even apologize. Then they tried to double charge me for storage and work. They ultimately blamed all my complaints on "a bad mechanic who just quit and was throwing out paperwork". I spoke to another guy over the summer who said they used the same line with him - for a different year. Some odds eh?

Thankfully my pontoon's old johnson is a beast.

They have been great to me thus far, but they are very busy.
