Well today I'm going to take off the shrink-wrap.
Then give her a nice bath and start installing the goodies that I bought this winter. :smt001.
I'll call the canvas guy to see how the new camper canvas is coming along.
Then to fill the two 100gal gas tanks :wow:.
I also need to do,
2 tuneups
2 gimbal bearings
2 outdrive impellers
and replace the bellows. :smt089

Anybody else getting the itch to get going early ??.
I hope to be in the water by April 15th.:smt038

Were going to visit canvas guy at 1 pm, and talk about a camper top, then drive over to the marina and look at the blank spot where our boat will be moored, and just feel the feel of the boat world....we'll be in the water march 31st....

My first year back and I am ready!

Anxious to get the wrap off, but I think I am going to wait another weekend before I unwrap her. I have a long list (well, it's long for me), so I'm ready to get it all done and get her in the water in April!

Must be time to think about canvas repair.
I just got back from taping in the door on the wrap so I could get a piece of canvas off the boat to make a small repair.
First time I've been near the boat since the first weekend of october. After being there at the boat yard, now I have the itch a little bit. A little of winter yet to go, though

I went to the marina but nobody else was there. :wow:
I didn't do anything that I wanted to do, :smt021
I was afraid being there alone that if I fell or got hurt. !!!.
Who in the heck would find or help me.??.

I'll try again this weekend.
Sissy girl !!! Wayne . :smt043

I was going to change my dates and pull the wrap this weekend. Nothing but rain now from Friday until Monday. Maybe the following weekend.

10 days till spring.......:smt038

Heading down to Fairlee on Sunday to put on the new props...the anticipation of our girl launching at the end of the month has been torture with the warmer weather these past few days. Bring on the sun & fun...:smt038

It got up to 60*F today :smt038. Its a damn heatwave here..

Been riding my motorcycle all week to save the money for gas in the boat.... just counting the days to launch.

YOUVE BEEN RIDING A MOTORCYCLE???:smt021

Heck ive been walking :smt009

Funny thing is I was snowmobiling on Tug Hill Last weekend and I'll be at the marina this weekend...what a shift :smt101

I am not you average biker, I put 18,000 miles last year, rode till just before Christmas, but my bike in for service 3 weeks ago, picked it up last Friday and been ride since. Once it drops below 20, my old bones cannot take that cold anymore. My commute is 110 miles a day, Taking the bike instead of the Suburban saves me about 5 gallons of gas a day. I much rather put that 5 gallons in the boat.
