Got my go9s installed today
Looks good happy with it
2 issues I’m looking for help with
I can’t get the sun covers off
Pulled so hard one the screens popped right out
Any tricks ?
Second is my upper gauges no longer work
Is there a work around for this ?

I had a GO9 and had the same problem removing the cover. I finally found the trick. With your left hand, use all 4 fingertips to push(slide) the cover to the right. Push hard. While holding the cover hard to the right, use your right index and middle fingers to lift out the top right corner.

My GO9 on my CC is tricky as well, I press in the center of the cover and pull from the side and it pops right off.

As for the gauges are you saying the on the GO9 or the SmartCraft ones?

The smart craft ones up top don’t work
You can see in one photo rpm on the Simrad but no rpm on the gauge
Is there a way to get the gauges to work without having the smartcraft display plugged in?
I left all the wires behind the dash for the display maybe put smartcraft display behind the dash ?
There has to be a harness tho I’m thinking

No the gauges are powered by the smartcraft bus and get their data that way as well. If you unplugged anything to get the GO9 to work then that is your issue.

The only thing I unplugged was the smartcraft display because I’m trying to replace it with the Simrad
I guess I need to put it back in ?

I have the mercury link getting all data on the Simrads

Plug the SC display back in and stuff it wherever you can. Just what what I've heard, but it works.

I’ll give it a try next time I’m at the boat

Yeah the display is also the brains in this case. As @techmitch said, you need to hide that away, unless you want to get rid of the gauges all together. There are other options but would need more info to go there. There are a few people on here that live and breathe SC, perhaps they will chime in on this.
