Towing home from winter storage the front hatch blew open and shattered the hatch glass. I've found replacement latches and pivots but can't find replacement glass. The hatch frame is fine. A local auto glass guy says that he can make a new piece of safety glass but he needs specs - specifically for the placement of the holes for the latch posts. Has anyone figured this out for a piece of replacement glass for a 20" x 20" Ultra II hatch? If someone could get decent measurements off of a hatch I may be able to work with the glass guy for a fix. We bought our boat last summer, so I'm new on here. Thanks for the help.

I would check to see if insurance would cover it. I would want a new hatch if I could swing it. Taylor Marine should be able to send you a cut sheet from manufacturing that has the specs you are looking for. They have sent me similar documents.

Hi there. Same issue is plaguing me. High winds, hatch not secured property, shattered. Now speaking with Taylor Made but they are advising that an Ultra II is no longer manufactured. What solution did you come up with?
