GG Schmitt 3 Step Ladder Replacement

We have a 2002 Sea Ray 200 Bow Rider with a top mounted 3-Step ladder manufactured by GG Schmitt.

The bottom two steps of the ladder busted off and are at the bottom of the lake. Looking for a used replacement.

GG Schmitt wants $671 to replace it.

Attached is a photo of what is left. All I need are the bottom two steps. Any help in finding one would be greatly appreciated.
