My GFI receptacle breaker is tripping (after about an hour) but only while on the generator. It does not trip on shore power. We were out yesterday and after about an hour, it tripped. I went below and reset the breaker and it tripped again after about 15-20 minutes? Back at the dock on shore power, it does not trip. Any ideas? Could a voltage drop when the A/C cuts on cause it? Thanks for any replies.

It's possible that your generator is not putting out the correct voltage. Check it on you AC panel and also with a digital volt meter. If voltage is too low you may need to adjust the generator's governor speed to compensate.
