Considering music is AC, a bad connection on the positive side of the speaker would cause the exact same symptom. SO dont overlook either.

After all this taking things apart and searching for interference and actually having to use my brain to figure things out and so on. The problem ending up being a bad amp!!!!! I left the factory searay amp for the 2 cabin speaker's and it went bad! Oh well at least it's an easy fix...

i thought the suspect speaker was driven off the head-unit?

So did i!! I opened it up again today and noticed the speaker wires coming out of the head unit were not connected. Then I remembered that I decided to use the factory amp for the cabin speakers so I can keep them on a seperat channel for different volume levels (Cockpit on one level and cabin on the other) that made me unplug the speakers one by one and that's when I noticed one channel was bad. Kicking myself in the ars all day lol
