Generator Runs But No Power To Panel

2000 310DA with a Westerbeke genny. It’s been running fine the three years we’ve owned the boat. Today, I started it up. I got no power to the panel When I switched from shore power the the generator. The volt meter read zero.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Not sure of the model, but usually there is an AC breaker on the control box. Check that first.

I've had the main switch on the panel fail internally. The are heavy duty and carry all the ac power that in the boat. It's job is to direct the ac power from either the shore power or the generator.
