Hi, We have a new to us used SeaRay 260 all the dash gauges from RMP, trim to Fuel are now in constant motion up and down - does anyone know how to re-set these, or get them off the test mode, if that is what it is? Thanks, Frank & Alma

UPDATE: While in the San Diego Bay, a water cooling hose came loss. The engine compartment flooded, the motor overheated due the guages only in test - no alarms sounded & and the motor did not shoot off, so lots of heat damage as well. Work thing, the AAA insurance said nothing is covered.... Does anyone have any similar expeirences? Thanks Frank and Alma

Try to turn all power off (Batteries off...) and then back on. If that doesn't work, make sure that there aren't any buttons stuck down on them (mine have reset buttons... Don't know if yours do).

If you have smart gauges you could try a master reset but holding down the + and - troll buttons at the same time for 10 secs..
