Needing a source...OTHER THAN FLOUNDER POUNDER......for what Flounder calls the "Legend" series of gauges which look very very Sea Ray OEM. The stock numbers on the "Legend" gauges match perfectly the stock numbers on my existing gauges and are even that same powder blue color on the backside housing.
Does anyone know of a source for these "Legend" Sea Ray OEM gauges?
A CAUTIONARY TALE:
I gave Flounder Pounder an online $1,000.00 order for gauges 3 {three} times. The order never happened in the system......three times.
= I called last Friday, the 4th time, and verbalized the order to a person at Flounder Pounder who apologized, blamed Covid, and personally put my order into the system and promised me: 1. an email confirmation of the order that afternoon 2. a call to me yesterday, 7/11/22, on status of backordered gauges.
NONE OF THE ABOVE HAPPENED
= I called FP today and....ready for this?..... no one can find my order. Plus the line disconnected and no one has bothered to call back. Fortunately there appears to be no charge to my credit card by FP.
I am needing an alternative source for the "Legend" or OEM gauges because I am no longer confident that FP will handle my $1,000.00 order with any kind of skill or even concern.
Disappointing because my previous business with FP was a good experience.
