gauge trim and steering wheel medallion pitting

I have a 2006 44DA, the gauge trim, and steering wheel medallion are pitting. Does anyone know if the trim is separate or part of the gauge itself? Also, is the steering wheel medallion available? I searched for SR part# 1743361 and didn't find anything.

cleaner wax with some elbow grease will improve it but not completely eliminate it. results vary.

What did you use as a detailing product? Something like Windex with ammonia in it?

I don't know what was used, I have only owned it since October.
