Pretty vague question, but I'm going to guess around 3 mpg at a nice, comfortable cruising speed and well trimmed up with a clean bottom. My '97 250 usually got around 2 1/2, but was fuel injected and newer but heavier. My 340 maxes out just under 1 mpg at cruise.
Disclaimer: Only use 80% of available fuel for range planning. On an out and back, use 1/3 out, 1/3 back, and 1/3 reserve/bad planning. These numbers are highly dependent on winds, seas, current, and Captain's technique. Your results may vary.

Depends on what motor you have in it, how loaded up with weight the boat is, how hard you run it, etc. My 220da with a 5.7 V8 A1 averaged about 10gph while running on plane. ( 24mph at about 2600rpm ).
