Has anyone had issues with their NMEA network not recognizing the addition of a transducer or intelliducer?

I would think that if it doesn't get recognized with just plug-n-play, then there should be some configuration setting. It might be worth giving Garmin tech support a call and this could be resolved in 15min with them.

Thanks, I thought the same but no, I think it may be a bad unit. I am sending it back.
