Will the new Garmin 7610 work/fit as a replacement for the Raymarine c80 in my '05 340? Want the 10" screen if possible to do even if it requires some cutting and a new panel

We're looking at the same unit. According to hubby's measurements and the specs on the Garmin Website it should fit:

Physical dimensions11.4” x 8.1” x 3” (28.9 x 20.6 x 7.6 cm)
He hasn't looked into if cutting is required and a new panel. We're also interested in hearing if anyone has feedback re: cutting and panel.

Finally have the 7610xsv installed. Tight fit and had to fabricate a new panel but it looks great and the cover even fits. Pulled out the old Raymarined transducer and installed a new Garmin CHIRP thru hull transducer when it was hauled for wax and bottom paint. Due to work it had to wait until I had the time to coordinate everything as I was gone for six weeks.
I'll add radar over the winter and the satellite TV in the spring.
