Galley sink faucet controls don't work -- can't stop flow

The galley sink faucet controls both aren't working. They do not stop the flow of water. Is this possibly from winter damage/freezing? The boat was winterized.

When you winterized it, did you see pink come out of the faucet?

I would suggest taking it apart and looking at it.

By any chance are you just not turning the handle the right way?

I didn't do the winterization myself.

Water continues to flow no matter what direction I turn the handles in.

looks like was winterized a little too late
valves can be replaced - they are made from plastic and they are first to fail due freezing.

I pulled off the handles and the cartridges are ok except the rubber gasket at the "open" end of it is cracked, hence the leak.

Any ideas where I can by a replacement? I went to home depot and no luck.

Just a guess, but maybe a local plumbing house? They might have a better selection.

I found my cartridges at Ace hardware. They were a stock part there!!
