For those who may be battling a low water pressure on the hot water side of their faucets let me tell you a fix that I have found.

Symptom: Hot water pressure is low/weak at the fresh water faucets.-
First check filter screen on pump then....
On the 6 gal Atwood water heater(white box) that is the standard in some of our 26'-32' cruisers THERE IS A CHECK VALVE LOCATED INSIDE and INLINE of THE BRASS FITTING ON THE INLET SIDE TO THE WATER HEATER. This keeps hot water from backwasing into the pump/ coldwater side. It is a plastic valve on a spring which corroded quite badly on mine, and no amount of cleaning/relubricating could fix it. Furthermore- it is a John Guest? fixture and nearly unfindable, even the dealer said they couldn't get anymore(wtf). Anyone with a website chime in?
My fix was to remove it completely and get a brass check valve from the local home improvement store, and a threaded extension to link the new valve and the heater.
My hot water blasts out of the fixtures now.
Just thought I could save someone else the trouble of that little discovery.

thanks; i have been looking for one, will try it
