For anybody that had the blue tooth add on for there 700 series fusion stereo (connects through the sat radio input not the rca input)
I installed mine last year and worked beautifully all summer then late August it just stopped working. Left it alone till today. After an hour of fooling around trying to get it to work I called this number 6235809000. He directed me to do a few things and nothing worked. Then he asked for the serial number and one I gave it to him he told me was a batch made was no good and I had one. He told me he well send me anemail with directions to return I and they will send a new one. No Questions asked. I have to pay shipping but I'm ok with that because of the amazing customer support. He was just a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully the rest of the transaction goes just as smooth. Keep ya posted
just letting everybody know that there was bad ones made so if yours stops working dint go nuts trying to figure it out just call him.
