Fuse for horn?

Just picked up a 2001 185BW and one thing that wasnt working was the horn, took it out and tested it on a battery and it worked fine, found the 5 amp fuse burnt so replaced it and it blew as soon as I hit the switch. I cant find any info on the fuse so I was wondering if anyone knows if its really a 5 amp or could this just have the wrong fuse installed.

According to your manual, it is a 5A fuse.
