Good Evening fellow Sea Ray owners,
I have a 2013 Sundancer 260 with the 5.7/350 MAG MPI Mercruiser. I had to replace my starboard side manifold due to a clog. After replacing all seemed fine until about 3-5 hours in of running. I threw a code which on my Smartcraft gauge says “Stbd system fault 47 fuel system” then proceed on to read “oxygen sensor is not working properly
Emission control problem see dealer”
I though ok I only removed and installed the one stbd side manifold in which maybe I damaged the O2 on that manifold. I went to replace the O2 to only find that on startup I still was showing the same code ... I since swapped each O2 pre and post with the new O2 to see if the code followed, and it did not. Do I need to have a Merc Mechanic reset my computer?
Also wether or not it’s related or a separate issue but regardless of engine temp or how long she’s been sitting, I need to throttle up to get it started... I replaced the IAC last year. Also a new filter on IAC .... I have replaced both fuel filters.... still no luck.... so I am not sure if these issues correlate or not.
Much appreciate the time taken to read this thread I hope someone has had similar issues with a resolution.
Very Respectfully,
Kevin
