I just purchased new fuel sending units for my ACMY and noticed on the new Teleflex units that is says: "Not for use in tanks where mounting holes are through-drilled". The configuration of my tanks are with the standard 5 hole mounting pattern and the holes are threaded to accept the mounting screws.
Does anyone know what Teleflex is referring to by that statement??
