Fuel pump fuse location

Helping a buddy out with a 2004 bayliner with a merc 5.0 alpha 1 gen 1. Had a fuel problem and thought he might have just blown the fuse to fuel pump. We cant find the fuse anywhere. Anybody know where it might be

Usually in a weather pack near the ecm

Thats exactly what i thought. Just cant find it. Any pics of what or where it is
