Fuel in the antifreeze

Put a post in the diesel forum but not much response; Google search shows that fuel showing up in the anti-freeze means injector problems or head gasket issue. On truck diesels, they talk about injector cups having problems. Do CAT 3116's have injector cups? Can anyone think of another reason fuel would end up on the coolant overflow bottle?

i posted this in the diesel area but the injector cups was what went on my 3116 cats on previuos vessel. 1500 to fix. diesel filled up slowly my antifreeze bottles
