Just had a technician determine the reason for the boat (2005 220 sundeck w/ 260hp 5.0L MPI & Bravo III) turning off right after starting it up was due to a fuel cut off relay being 'stuck'. I wasnt here to see where this part is, but he said he cleaned it but of course highly recommended it be replaced.

Can anyone tell me where this is (or provide pics of similar setups)? A relay sounds electrical, but thought it might be a valve that was sticking/clogged. Just looking to be able to keep close tabs on this, how to clean it and when it's best to finally replace it (approx ~$400 parts/labor)... or is it easy enough to do for a novice/intermediate DIY'er?

Thanks in advance,
Ryan
