I know this is probably next to impossable to answer but maybe just a general idea will be helpfull.
On friday we are putting my boat in the water finally... this has been just as many of you told me it would be a long and duanting path.
After haveing the outdrives and the bottom painted and then a starter, fuel sending unit, 2 new batteries, oil pressure and temp gages replaced. A few other odds and ends done. He is telling me it is ready. they wanted to do it today but last weekend I gave him 1900.00 and he told me today he will write up the final billing for a few smaller odds and ends. So with all that done and said.
I have 2 well tuned factory Merc 485 4cy. with a 120 gal tank on it. How much time can I spend just cruising and fishing, as far as my fuel consumption is concerned? Can anyone give me even the slightest clue?
