Welcome to the boards and congrats on your new boat!
I had a similar boat - a 2002 crownline - with 350 Mag Horizon and B-3. At that speed, I was burning somewhere around 9GPH. No smartcraft - just old fashioned math use to calculate that so there is some margin of error.
Talk about SHOCK when I replaced that boat with my current one. Went from around 2.7mpg to about 0.7mpg and LONG GONE are the days of cruising at 24mph.:smt089

I have a 2009 240DA with 5.0mpi and Be that I'm still breaking in. The guage tells me about 9.5 gph at cruising speed which seems about right.
