With only the two rear speakers I want to put some up front but cant come up with a good spot. I am sure others have tackled this problem. Anyone have any pictures of what they did? Thanks

I have a 2007 and mounted two speakers up front. I drilled a hole between the backrest and the grab handle. Even just adding those two make a huge difference.
I taped off where I was drilling the hole and then marked out my cutout on the tape. Used a hole saw and cut in reverse. Came out very clean and I'm happy with the result.

Very happy with the sound and the look. The colour matches the trim of the boat very well.

It has been a long time since I did this, and I don't have the boat now. What I remember is that you need to measure multiple times before making the first cut. You just want to get the speakers installed symmetrically to make it look good.
I got some nice wide masking tape and put a couple of layers down on the boat to protect it, and then I drew my circle templates on the tape. I think that I also used the tape on my jig saw base. I remember the rotary blade being a pain and the jig saw just ripping on through it pretty quick.
I was surprised at how thick the hull was there....I'm thinking it was at least 1/2" thick.
