I have an 88 268 Sundancer. Its just our second year with it. last year the frig worked fine when plugged into shore power. This year it was fine while at home plugged in. Last weekend it seemed to sound like it was trying to come on but what little it did it was brief. This weekend it was working less and less, then just died. The green light is on but not working. So I took it out, confirmed I had 110 volts, and nothing out of anywhere else. (I did not check amperage, Im not sure how to on my volt meter). I brought it home and plugged it and it worked fine. I have had an issue with the main breaker for the shore power since we got the boat, it needs to be in the just right position or it wont supply power, the reverse polarity light comes on and or it will kick the ground fault outlet. I did notice the frig would kick on sometimes if I shut a few things off like the fan. Do yoany of you think it could be the main breaker, or insufficient amperage from my shore power supply or could it still be the frig. Also does anyone know where I can find the main breaker . I may just replace the main breaker and eliminate that as a possibility.
