Power is on, I hear it "kicking on" but it doesn't get cold (freezer either).

Not much to go on, but i would start with getting the refrigerant checked/topped up :thumbsup:
Obviously assuming you have checked already it hasn't iced up causing the stat to not work properly.

I'd replace it,,,,,,, as I just did.
We replaced a Norcold 1.7 cu. ft. with a Isotherm "Cruise 85", 3.0 cu. ft. and what a difference.
We love it.
I had to do some cabinetry work and trim but it looks great.
