Is there a common or shared fuse or junction box for both of these items? I have no idea where to even start. The fridge doesn't turn on with either 110 or 12v.

Have you looked at the wiring diagram in your owner's manual?

I went through the manual but I didn't see anything. I was really hoping someone had the same issue and found a quick fix.

The only thing I think in common would be the galley systems breaker. If its in the on position and not working, might be bad breaker.

The 110 side of the fridge will always dominate over the 12v side. Start by pulling the fridge and physically unplugging it. It SHOULD turn on from the 12v side. If it does turn on then your power supply in the fridge is bad. If you have the norcold De series fridge its a common problem. Unfortunately they discontiNued the power supply. I found one company online that wants 500$ for an aftermarket. But I came on this web site and asked around and found one. I would do the same. As for the stove first make sure the switch in the breaker panel is on. My boat has two separate breakers one for fridge one for stove. Its also on a different shore power inlet. If its on I would check the voltage coming out of the wires to the stove top. If there is no power to the panel check the shore power cords and make sure your dock tower is delivering power. Check the breakers for the shore power inlets ect. If there's power coming out of the wires to the can of the stove top then check the internals on the stove. Sorry for jumping around do much just brain storming

I do not know about your galley stove, but mind had an interlock on the left edge center, which had become gummed up and would not pop up when the galley cover panel was removed, ergo the burners would not turn on, I cleaned the ball and all was good. I also had a separate breaker for the stove.
