Freshwater system pump runs but no suction.

The screen is clean. Is there a process for cleaning these things out or rebuilding one?

It runs and vibrates, but won't pump water - no suction.

If your pump is a Shurflo they make rebuild kits for them. Pretty easy maintenance task once the pump is out.
