Freighter "Buffalo" runs aground in Lake Huron

Last night around 9:30 the freighter Buffalo ran aground after exiting the St Clair River and entering Lake Huron, a couple tugs worked at pushing her back ito the shipping channel and off the sand

I heard that on the radio today, There was just one that sank a week or so ago by purt huron also.

Yes a barge sank there a couple of weeks ago and they just re-floated it on Monday, 1600 gallons of diesel spilled :smt009

Its great seeing the photos of Lake Huron and the blue water bridge. Reminds me of great times when i brought Aftica up there. Beautiful area you're in.

Correction. Buffalo was about to enter the St. Clair river en route to Clevland.
