Why is this only a beta test, on only Android tablets?
Expanding the app across a multitude of platforms, ensuring easy accessibility to over a thousand charts and nearly 5,000 pages of U.S. Coast Pilot, will take considerable resources. Before we commit to such a large undertaking, we want the app’s users to let us know if the app meets their needs.

Typical goobernmnt agency will do a beta test on a platform few boaters use...

Won't work on my phone. Geez is it really that hard in Eclipse to set up the project for phone and tablet? Guess they want a very limited test.
