Forget about sundancers, get this instead ...

The one they featured on last night's program was UGLY.............and the price was UGLY too as I remember............over $1MM for a "day boat". I'd spend my money on a Sundancer instead.

I saw the same thing. Interesting concept incorporating some RV slide-out type technology but poorly executed in my opinion.

I was more impressed with Rick Hendrick's yacht "Wheels" (which I see in Fort Lauderdale all the time but didn't know it was his) or the yacht "Tortuga" (I think that was the name) that the owner had custom built to be able to be operated by a crew of one (him)...car on the deck was stupid though.

:) ok, back to reality. Sea Ray Sundancer it is!!!

Nhi

Loved Tortuga, but his commercial flying is obviously paying better than mine :-O

I like WHEELS too. I think Hendrick has the boat out for charter a lot as well.

For my needs, the new 370 Venture tops it. IMHO, the forward berth, to include mine, is a waste of space. The Venture conquers that. I want to see the props on the Venture dialed in though. The Boat Test fuel consumption results between cruise and 500 RPM below cruise are abysmal.

My 2 cents.

I was wondering about that too. Airline pilot was one of my potiential career possiblities back in the day and was thinking that I must have made a huge mistake.

More likely he got some form of inheritance or large legal settlement

Ugly looking boat...and with the narrow beam and those pontoon bum outs, it makes me wonder how it would feel in a slow rolling wave or even in a wake from another boat.

That has got to be the worst video I have ever seen. I hated the music and all it does is mostly show the boat as a day cruiser going through the water. Boring!
