I have a 2008 Mercury Dynamic 310 dinghy with a Mercury 3 1/2 HP four stoke outboard. The dinghy was only used one season with very low use and the outboard is 3 years old with very low use. The dinghy comes with a storage bag, mooring cover (blue). and a seat cushion with storage below. The dinghy and motor was always kept out of the water on a davit system. The 310 model is 10' 2" long. See picture attached. Asking $ 1500.00 for dinghy and motor.

a 3 1/2 hp motor can't plane this dinghy.

The dinghy and motor are located in Warwick RI. Believe it or not that little motor does a pretty good job with minimal load. Bottom line is I used it to get from mooring to shore, and it did just fine.
