Footswitch Cover replacement

One of my windless footswitch covers broke this weekend. It is for a 2003 280 SD. It is an Imtra product. Where is the best place to buy replacement covers?

I have contacted Imtra several times regarding parts for my 2000 year model windlass. They have always been helpful and I have not had to pay for part yet. I would start there first. You can find them online.

Another option is in either the maintenance forum or the modifications forum. Someone had found a source for stainless foot switch covers. I think perhaps it was on defender.com, but also someone was having something custom done too.

There was a member that designed one, Nehalennia. I dont think he could get enough orders confirmed to make the minimum to manufacture so not sure if they ever got produced. Seems like a great idea though because the white plastic ones just blacken up again in a year.

The above is correct. I really wanted stainless but the cost projection was pricey. As far as i know they never got made in stainless.
