Did you always have this issue? Do you also hear engine noise (whine) through the speakers? I had this issue and installed an SN1 ground isolation noise filter and now all OK

just bought the boat, but has been a weak signal ever since I purchased it.

No i dont hear the motor in the speakers... just little fuzzy on stations.
