I have recently purchased a 2007 Amberjack 270 and need some info on how much room there is behind the dash. The RayMarine A-65 that is put in with the fishing package is 2.5 inches deep plus room for fittings. The Furuno, I want to put in needs 8 inches of clearance. My boat is a thousand miles away from me, so I'm hoping someone can answer this.
