I just wanted to give a shout-out to FP Marine.
A coupe of months ago I reached out to FP to find get some information on replacing the EIM. I spoke with Ken and he answered all of my questions and moved me away from the peanut style to the updated rectangular design which are in newer Weekenders. I can't say I'm happier with that decision. The harness is robust and a work of art. Those who are on the fence about a replacement EIM through FP Marine, I wouldn't hesitate. It was a straight forward installation. The most difficult part was cutting out the holes in the dash. I burned up my Dremel and was farting around for an hour trying to figure out how to cut it.
So far FP Marine has supplied me with new gauges, panel and now switches. What a great outfit.
