Ok, I’m getting older (I hope) and hate this Ohio cold so I’m going to take my 30’ Weekender to Florida. Plan on leaving it in the St. John’s River December through March and then on the hard the other eight months during the summer (understand it’s hot & humid there then). Won’t have electric hook up so solar panels will be only current. Vents on canvas cover with fans? Or, dehumidifier? Or? Please forward your suggestion. Thanks - Chuck

Why the river, why not keep it on the coast with power and lots and lots of cruising. Big mistakes to not go out during the summer months.Dec thru March is usually pretty windy and cold here and not worth boating. For example, so much wind from Feb 1 until this coming weekend haven't had much of a chance to do much. Some, but not much.
