in this article statistics for January '09 show that 27% of all boats were sold in Florida and those boats sold made up 45% of the $ value of all US boat sales. Looks like the boat biz might be about to make a turn. :thumbsup:

Sounds like the high end boat buyers are making up most of the sales, makes sense; high end boat buyers are probably not as affected by the downturn in the economy as the rest of us are.
