Flooded Engine Room

Subject boat is SRV 360 berthed in Fort Worth, Texas. Recently experienced record -2° freeze. Over a foot of water accumulated in the engine room that overwhelmed the pumps. Thorough inspection didn't reveal any through-hull issues. Does freeze and rupture of fresh water holding tank sound right?

Fill it up and if it doesn't hold water and you get more water in the bilge...that would answer the question.
