See how things work? If that was a gal standing on the piling and I was down below taking pictures I'd be arrested for trying to get an upskirt photo. :grin:

Climbed up from the bow of the boat I guess ... I didn't see it. My gf was taking pics and saw him lol
He's a surveyor and works on the NJ Turnpike bridges that are being built. He took this picture yesterday when someone commented "I would like to see them going through the mundane drudgery of life like the rest of us"on a picture of us bike riding on the boardwalk. Mundane my ass.....

I don't think I can watch someone walk a tightrope across Niagra Falls lol.....Rich's tumble into the bay would be a little less dramatic LOL
It really wasn't that high and the opportunity may not come again, so, he climbed up LOL
