Still fighting with my fwd cabin. I need to trim in the bottom ring part of the hatch. Along with 6 feet worth of seam where two pieces of foam fabric meet. Due to the curves the wood trim is just not working out. I'v done some goggle searches, but none of the sights are real specific on how flexible their stuff really is? The ring around the squarish hatch are the sharpest curves. Trim forming a "L" shape would fit perfectly for this if it were flexible enough. Then I just need a flat or "(" shaped piece that I can stick to the top of the celling that is flexible enough to follow the outline of the top deck.
Rubber weatherstripping would be just enough flex to give me what I want to give everyone an idea of what i'm looking for. Thanks for any ideas guys!

Not sure what material you are using... options to aide in bending material include heat and relief cuts.

What are you attempting to use for trim and what was there before?

They're making trim out of Plastic and you can get it at HD! Like Scott said with a Heat Gun and Kerf Cuts it might work!

Saw a flexible trim that is designed to bend like that, at our local building center...don't recall name of it but can find out details for you as I will be there today anyway.

Sweet thanks for the info guys, I looked around HD the other day but didn't ask anyone. I was using that balsawood type cheapo trim. There wasn't trim on the hatch when I bought the boat and the celling was stitched at the seam instead of trim. Due to a gap and non ability to stitch a seam I'm going to cover with trim.
