Hi Larry!

I see you moved to a new marina. I would suspect there is good fishing in the bay off Toms River. Most likely flounder, bluefish.

I am sure some of the jersey boys will stop by with input. Will you be embarking on the great AC 2011 get together with the folks from the forum? Looks like a healthy run from where you are at. I believe they usually split into 2 groups for either an outside or inside passage.

Looks like a great time based on the pics, also always a lot of fun reading about it on here.

Enjoy the saltwater!!

Larry,

Welcome to our neck of the woods. I can't help you with the local fishing spots on the bay as I never see many fishermen out there, but I'd say mostly people crabbing. However, as you get closer to either inlet (MI or BI) this is where the chanels are packed with them. You'll see fishermen in the middle of the chanel all the time (you see it more by BI). But, of course the best place is just head out of the inlets and have all the fish you want out in the open.

Alex.
