Fish Finder

I have a 17' Boston Whaler and am considering replacing the Fish Finder. We currently have a Garmin GPS so we are not looking for a combo unit.

What do you recommend for this boat? It will be on an open center console with no protection and we have fished in a lot of rain the past few years. We fish salt water in water depth from 8-150 feet. I want to keep it on the affordable side. Money is tight this year.

Lots of good cheap FF's out there. The Garmin 340C with Dual Beam transducer is nice, as well as the 320C which you can get cheap right now. Lowrance has quite a few models that are affordable too in both color and monochrome. Check out the sites below:
