Ok in respect to the OP, If the boat you were looking at had all those "salt" issues then move on. I have boated in salt and now in fresh. A boat is still a boat and it requires regular if not fastidious maintenance. There is a boat on my dfock that is a fresh water only boat that I wouldn't touch with a 10ft pole. Or maybe the 260 DA next to me that hasn't seen soap in 3yrs. But it has seen the dealer religiously.
In short, taking care of these things is paramount, regardless of what type of water she was kept in.
