    Hi Sea ray Club Members,
I grew up in Cocoa Beach Fl in the 60's and 70's. My dad worked for NASA. Had a great childhood on the Banana River and Indian River. We had a few boats while growing up but none were very nice. Good enough to explore the Islands and wake surf behind. Just turned 63 and for the past 30 years have lived in the Knoxville TN area. Decided to spend a little cash on a bow rider. Found a Sea Ray witch I don't have to tell you were built near Cocoa Beach and always felt they were the class boat. This boat is a little bit of a project, so I love this website.
The rivers here in east TN are beautiful and plentiful. Looking forward to a great summer.

Welcome aboard. The 5.0 should move you along nicely once you get everything ship shape.

Awesome! Congrats. Never too late to get back into boating!! You certainly have some great rivers to enjoy your new boat on. You will definitely love the knowledge here on this site. Hope you have a great summer on it. As blaster said, that 5.0 will move that boat nicely. Nothing worse than being underpowered but you won't have to worry about that!
