Just got a email. Fire at our Marina. I’m going to run down there now.

Got here and found out the fire was yesterday.

I’m at the marina. No damage from what I can tell. The marsh next to the marina is mostly black.

The boats have some ash on them.

My boat needs to be washed, that’s all.

The marina is pressure washing all the docks and stuff now.

The marsh next ot the marina caught fire if i read his post correctly. I bet the bullfrogs were upside down on there mortgage and blazed the place. Animals I tell ya'.

Downed power lines started the fire. High winds carried it - if this is the same fire.

Glad to hear all is well with the boat. Last weekend they had a malibu waksetter burn at the marina on our lake.... 70k boat

How long ago was this?

We have been at the marina for 4 years. I have never seen a sea plane by our marina.

Seen lots of them over by Seaplane base just south of Oshkosh on Lake Winnebago.

It might have been further back than that, My parents live on a channel by Clark's point on Winneconne so I remember seeing one there quit a bit.

If I had my boat in a marina and I got an e-mail to head down there, the LAST thing I would do would be to post on CSR!!! LOL!! Thanks Pres and glad you just need a simple boat wash!
