Finally made it out today....and had to be towed in

Makes sense. I might just order a carb kit and rebuild it to eliminate that variable.
 
Ordered a few o-rings for the fuel cap. Found out it is supposed to have one. Got them today and put one on so eliminated that. Also been siphoning fuel out to get it empty. Have about 17 gallons left and so far all of it looked good. Boat is running great in the slip but haven't had it back out since getting towed in.
