Has anybody used these guys to fix your seats? Fibrenew seems to be a local franchise. Short version is that my regular boat shop damaged my motor hatch cover during a small repair job. They agreed to pay to fix the damage without any questions. The puncture is on the bottom of the pad so you only see it when the motor cover is lifted up. $150 and they do it in my driveway. Called today and they are doing it tomorrow afternoon.

I had my local guy do a repair for me and am still happy with it. One of the area's was a tough corner but all the rest you can't even tell...

I actually called our local guy, we had a tentative appointment and he never confirmed when the dates came.

I just sent him an email.......

I used them to redye my aft cockpit vinyl seats. Looked great for about two weeks, now I'm back to what I had previously.

this is a similar company I used a few months ago to re-dye my cockpit seats and they did an excellent job.....I cleaned the seats this past WE and they still look great....

They are here right now. So far it looks good. They filled the gouge with a polymer. Then cover it with a color matched dye. I'm not that concerned since you will only be able see it when the hatch is lifted. Thought I'd give these guys a try. Husband and wife team. I'll try a post some pictures of the before and after once they are done. I have to figure that process out.

If I did this right then there is a before picture and a picture after dying but before topcoat.

This is the final result after top clear coat. The texture isn't perfect but I'm the only one that will be able to tell.

Overall I'm pleased. Next day service in my driveway. Very nice people. There are franchises all over the US.

He did mention that he was a big fan of dying seats especially when there is mold. He did say it would come right back. He only recommended dying when it was an inorganic stain issue. They do much more repairing.

Darn spell check. Wasn't a fan of dying!

I just had the Fibernew guy show up this morning. Gave me a quote and took my removable seat cushions. He'l be back next week to finish the Captain and passenger seats.

Looks good - better than holes

one of the seats I had re-dyed had significant mold stains....it has been a few months now and no signs of the mold stain reappearing....
